Turkish Adana Kebab / كباب أضنة تركي - Pack of 250gm

With origins in the Turkish city of Adana, this is one of the most-loved dishes of Turkish cuisine. Grill, pan-fry or bake and enjoy these chunks of deliciousness with warm bread, fresh lettuce leaves, sliced red onion and chopped cucumber.
Ingredients: Fresh Beef, Onion, Green Chilly, Red Bell Pepper, Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Paprika Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Green Bell Pepper and Parsley Leaves

Cooking Instructions: Pan: Heat a little oil in the frying pan and place the thawed Turkish Adana Kebab in it. Cook both sides evenly till both sides are brown.
On a charcoal grill: Heat up the grill. Apply some oil on the metal grill. Place the marinated Kebab on the grill and cook both sides evenly on a slow flame.
