Bread Coins or Veggie Toasts are a quick and easy snack to prepare at home, when you have to entertain guests, whip up a super quick meal or feed little children who need hand-size snacks whilst they are on the run! With a dose of chopped up nutritious veggies, these are golden nuggets of goodness.
Shallow Fry
Heat your oil till hot, and slowly slide each veggie toast into the oil. Allow to turn golden after a few minutes. Gently spoon hot oil over the top to cook the top. Turning over may break the veggie toast. Drain.
Oven Bake or Air Fry
Heat your oven or air fryer till 180°C. Either spray each veggie toast with olive oil, or coat with oil before placing on a lined baking sheet or air-fryer rack. Cook for around 5-6 mins, turning once till golden.
Store at 4°C.
Return a damaged pack.
Use within 3 days.
