This recipe perfectly balances the warmth of tandoori spices with wholesome yogurt.
Ingredients: Fresh Prawn, Tandoori Seasoning, Ginger Garlic Paste, Yoghurt, White Gravy(cashew Paste) Mustard Oil and Salt
Allergens: Seafood, Dairy & Nuts
Cooking Instructions: On a pan: Unpack the marinated prawns and transfer the skewers to a bowl. Scrape the remaining marinade from the pouch and mix with the prawns. Heat up a non-stick pan and pour some oil. Once the pan is hot, place the skewered prawns on the hot oil and cook on slow flame. Turn sides to cook evenly on both sides. Don't overcook as it will make the prawns rubbery.
In an oven: Place the marinated prawns on an oil-applied tray and cook in a preheated oven for 1-2 minutes.
