Refund Policy
As we deal with fresh and perishable products, our promise to customers is "We are Fresh, or we are Free." This allows our customers to raise any quality concerns within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Upon return of the products, we initiate to refund the value of the returned product to the original payment method within 5-7 working days or credit to the Customer's store credit, which can be used in future orders with Freshtohome.
Any complaints received after 48 hours of the product's delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We make every effort to deliver the products within the time frames specified by the Customer. In the event of any delay or non-delivery of a product due to a customer error (incorrect address, name, contact number, or customer unavailability), our commitment of "We are Fresh or We Are Free" is null and void.
