Our oysters are delivered in their protective shell, and are high in protein, vitamins and minerals. The meat has a briny taste.
Our freshly caught oysters are shipped to our processing centre as a live catch within 24hours. When these delicate molluscs leave our hub to be delivered to your home, we blast freeze them briefly (0 to 4 degrees C) to ensure food safety. As a result of this, the shells will not be open. This is to provide excellent taste and freshness. NOTE: Color and texture of the oyster varies depending on the daily catch.
