Grilled Sea Bream / سمك أبراميس مشوي - Pack of 500gm

This white-meat fatty fish, with a light texture, has been marinated by our chefs with a handful of clean ingredients. It’s the perfect addition to your barbecue plans and also ideal for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients: Fresh Sea Bream, Tamarind. Ginger, Garlic, Coriander seeds, Chilli flakes, Green Chilli, Turmeric powder, Cumin seed, Yoghurt, Chilli powder, Meat masala, Salt, Cream, Oil and Lemon juice
Allergens: Dairy, Seafood
Cooking Instructions: On the Pan: Unpack the fish to a bowl, scrape the remaining marinade into it and mix well. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and slide the marinated fish into the hot oil. Grill both sides evenly on a slow flame until cooked.
In an oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Empty the contents to a tray and scrape the marinade from the packet. When the oven is hot, place the fish in the oven. Grill for 13-16 minutes at 180 degrees. On a charcoal grill: Heat up the grill. Apply some oil on the metal grill. Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook both sides evenly on a slow flame.
