Cooking Instruction:
1. Thaw the required quantity of frozen kebab. This takes 4 hours if thawing in the refrigerator and 45 minutes if thawing at room temperature. 2. Put your pan / tava on low medium flame, add 1 tbsp of oil and heat the thawed chicken kebab for about 8 mins. 3. To maintain juiciness, sprinkle water on top and flip occasionally. Once kebabs are nicely browned, remove from the tava and serve hot along with mint chutney.
