Our antibiotic-residue-free chicken has been infused with freshly grated coconut, coriander and bay leaves, and bold spices to make a curry that will keep you hooked for life!

INGREDIENTS: Fresh Chicken, Onion, Tomato, Freshly Grated Coconut, Vegetable Oil, Chili Powder, Cumin, Mace, Cloves, Peppercorn, Cardamon, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Coriander leaves and Salt

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Unpack the Coconut Chicken Curry packet into a bowl and mix well. Heat up a thick bottom pan or a non-stick pan.
Add 1 tsp of gingelly or refined oil. Slide the chicken & masala into the pan. Brown on all the sides on a slow flame. When the chicken and masala is slightly browned, sprinkle 100 ml of water into the cooking pan. Cover the pan and cook for a few minutes. Keep stirring the chicken on a slow flame and allow the water to reduce. Allow the masala to coat the chicken. Check for seasoning and serve hot along with parotta or rice.
