Size: 500g, makes 10 Falafel.
Serves 2-4 persons.

Cooking Instruction: :
1. Defrost overnight in refrigerator.
2. Preheat the frying oil to 190°C.
3. Shape or mould 50g batter into a ball.
4. Place in oil. When it floats & is golden brown, gently turn over for a few seconds.
5. Remove from oil, drain & serve warm.

Top Tips: Wet hands shape the batter easier. Do not stir the oil.
Use within 5 days. Store at 0-5°C. Do not freeze.
