The Parota is a flatbread that has a crispy flaky pastry texture. With ghee layered in to create layers of soft dough, the frying of the paratha creates a crisp outer, with a soft pliable texture - perfect for tearing and sharing. And whilst paratha's are simple and easy to make, these quick heat & eat ones taste as delicious as home-made.

Cooking Instructions:
For crispy parotas, heat on a flat plan with a little ghee. Once heated, place on a flat surface and press with both hands to separate the layers.
Serve hot.
