Cooking Instruction:

*To pan-fry: Heat some oil in a heavy pan at moderate heat. Place the chicken in the pan and allow to cook for 5 minutes to seal the juices in. *Flip over and repeat on the other side for another 5 minutes. Gently press in the thickest part of the breast - if it is soft, cook for a further 3-4 minutes. The chicken should be firm when cooked. Do not overcook! *To bake: heat the oven to 180°C. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and cook for 7 minutes, flip them over and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. *To air-fry: Pre-heat the air-fryer to 180°C. Place the chicken in the basket and bake for 8 minutes. Allow it to stay in the air-fryer for 2 minutes before serving.
