Cooking Instruction:
Pan Cook
* Pre-heat some oil in a frying pan over a medium flame till hot.
* Place the kebab in the pan, allowing it to sear until it goes golden brown. This is around 6-8 mins.
* Turn it over and repeat.
* Sprinkle a little water in the pan and covering the pan with a lid allows it to capture the moistness and also prevents the meat from drying up.
* Cool for 5 mins before serving.
Oven Cook
* Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
* Transfer the product onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.
* Cook it in the oven for 5-7 mins.
* Spray a fine mist of water over the final dish before allowing it to cool for 5 mins and then transferring it from the baking tray to a serving plate.
Note: Please do not Microwave as this will dry it out without cooking properly on the outside.
