Soft, silky-smooth chewy saj breads are handmade flatbreads which are perfect for sweet or savoury dishes. With no fats, this thin saj or markouk is best eaten fresh and goes well with all sorts of dishes. Wrap your meats, fouls, vegetables or roll up your favourite za’atar and olive oil for a quick snack on the go.

Cooking Instructions:
This is a ready to eat product. Heat on a pan for 30 seconds and have it with your favourite side dish.

Each pack contains 3 pieces, 40g-60g each
Store in an airtight container at room temperature
Return a damaged pack.
Use within 3 days.
Do not freeze.
