Lasooni (Garlic) prawns are a bold and tasty dish made with succulent prawn marinated in a carefully balanced aromatic blend of garlic, ginger, mustard and masala spices.

Serve these Lasooni prawns with steamed basmati or sauteed cauliflower rice, a side of red pepper chutney and garnish with crunchy fresh chopped cilantro or spring onions.

Cooking Instruction:

Tawa / Pan: Heat a lightly oiled, heavy pan. Place the Lasooni Prawns in the pan and cook on low heat. Turn the prawns and cook on the other side. Remove from heat and consume immediately. Do not overcook to prevent the prawns from being chewy or tough.
Keep Frozen. Do Not Refreeze.
