Cooking Instruction:
Pan Fry: In a hot pan, place the Lemon Garlic Chicken pieces into the pan and sear on both sides. Turn down the flame to a moderate heat. Add the remaining marinade into the pan and let the chicken simmer gently, turning to prevent sticking, until cooked through. Add a little water if the marinade starts to stick.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the Lemon Garlic Chicken into a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over, mixing if it has separated. Bake for approximately 13-16 minutes, or until cooked through.
On a Grill: Heat up the grill. Place the chicken pieces on the grill and cook both sides on a slow flame till cooked. You can baste the chicken pieces with the remaining marinade using a spoon or brush if you wish.
