Traditional Parsi Style Mutton Kebabs are an authentic Indian Lamb recipe that will elevate the simplest of meals to the next level.

Tasty, tender mutton is carefully selected from our fresh meat butchery, and only the best cuts are minced to prepare our FreshToHome Ready-To-Cook products. With distinctive flavours of mint, coriander and spices, these kebabs are bound with potato and breadcrumbs.

Pair these Kebabs with steamed rice, grilled buttered tomatoes or Kachumber (onion, cucumber and tomato) salad on the side.

Ingredients:
Fresh Mutton Mince, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Potato, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Onion, Salt, Green Chilly, Bread Crumbs

Cooking Instruction:

Tawa / Pan: Heat a little oil in a heavy frying pan and place the thawed Kebab into the pan. Cook until golden, then turn and cook on the other side. Grill: Heat a lightly oiled grill. Place the Kebab on the grill, cook both sides evenly over a slow flame.
Keep Frozen. Do Not Refreeze.
