Cooking Instruction:

Thaw the Spicy Prawns in the refrigerator. Remove the prawns sticks from the container, place any excess marinade from the container into a bowl and ensure the prawns are evenly coated. Grill: Oil a grill rack and heat till hot. Grill the prawn sticks for 1-2 minutes per side, turning gently. Pan: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan and spread evenly on the pan. When the oil is hot, place the marinated prawn sticks on the pan and cook on low flame. Cook the prawns evenly on both sides. Serve hot. In an Oven: Line an oven tray with baking paper and place in an oven, preheat till 180°C. Place the prawn sticks on the hot tray and cook for around 6 minutes.
Note: Do not overcook the prawns as they will go rubbery.
