Tandoori Chicken Whole Legs
On the Pan: Empty the drumsticks from the pack onto a plate and scrape the marinade from the pack into the plate. Mix the drumsticks with the marinade properly. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and put the marinated drumsticks into the hot oil. Fry both sides evenly on a slow flame.
In an oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Empty the drumsticks from the pack onto a plate and scrape the marinade from the pack into the plate. Mix the drumsticks with the marinade properly. Place the drumsticks on a tray and when the oven is hot, place the tray in the oven. Grill for 15-20 minutes on a temperature of 180 degrees.
On a charcoal grill: Heat up the grill. Apply some oil on the metal grill. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook both sides evenly on a slow flame.
Zinger Chicken Popcorn
Panfry or deepfry these at home till lightly golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper towel before serving.
Vegetable Seekh Kebab
On a Pan: Heat a little oil in the frying pan and place the thawed veg seekh kebab in it. Cook the kebab by turning till the surface colour is slightly brown.
On a charcoal grill: Heat up the grill. Apply some oil on it. Place the marinated kebab on the grill and cook both sides evenly on a slow flame.
