Cooking Instruction:
Cocktail Chicken Samosas - Pack of 12
Ready to cook, simply cook in small batches in hot oil until crisp and golden.
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Tikka - Pack of 3 skewers
Tawa / Pan: Empty the Paneer Tikka and remaining marinade onto a plate. Heat some vegetable oil in a non-stick pan, and slide the Paneer into the hot oil. Cook both sides evenly on moderate heat until cooked.
In an oven: Preheat the oven to 180C degrees. Empty the Paneer Tikka and remaining marinade onto a greased, ovenproof dish. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, turning midway through.
On a charcoal grill: Heat the grill and lightly oil to prevent sticking. Place the marinated Paneer Tikka on the grill and cook both sides evenly on moderate heat until cooked.
Chicken Drumstick (Peri Peri Flavour) - Pack 4 Drumsticks (350g to 400g)
1)Pre-heat the oven to 350-400 degrees for 10-15 mins, Put the chicken drumstick on the grill in a single layer, as spaced out as you can given your surface and the number of breasts you have.
2) Brush the cooking grate clean. Oil your grill grates. Basically, when your grill is cold, dip paper towel into an oil that has a high smoking point, like vegetable oil or grapeseed oil. Then use tongs to rub that oiled towel onto your grates. , and Grill the kebabs over direct/medium heat turning it twice or thrice.
3) Once the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, you may remove the kebabs from the grill and allow it to rest.
