Cooking Instruction:
Vegetable Cutlet - Pack of 4 pcs
Ready to cook, simply pan fry or deep fry as you prefer, in hot oil till golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Tikka - Pack of 3 skewers
Tawa / Pan: Empty the Paneer Tikka and remaining marinade onto a plate. Heat some vegetable oil in a non-stick pan, and slide the Paneer into the hot oil. Cook both sides evenly on moderate heat until cooked.
In an oven: Preheat the oven to 180C degrees. Empty the Paneer Tikka and remaining marinade onto a greased, ovenproof dish. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, turning midway through.
On a charcoal grill: Heat the grill and lightly oil to prevent sticking. Place the marinated Paneer Tikka on the grill and cook both sides evenly on moderate heat until cooked.
Aloo Tikki (Potato Patty) - Pack of 250gm
Defrost the Aloo Tikki and reshape if needed.
Deep-Fry:
Heat up some oil in a deep pan. Once hot, using a spoon, slide the Aloo Tikki into the hot oil. Fry till golden, turning over once. Drain and serve immediately.
Pan-Fry:
You can also shallow in a nonstick fry pan. Heat up a pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Place the Aloo Tikki in the hot oil and shallow fry until golden, turning once to brown all over.
