Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Tikka - Pack of 3 skewers
Traditional Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Tikka is a favourite vegetarian dish served in many kitchens worldwide. From top-rated restaurants to family meals at home or even street food in the markets, Paneer Tikka can be found everywhere. Easy to prepare, it is high in protein and can be eaten as an appetiser, wrapped in soft saj or paratha bread, as a main course or can be used to make the popular curry dish, Paneer Tikka Masala.

Aloo Tikki (Potato Patty) - Pack of 250gm
Fragrant spicy discs of deliciousness, these vegan, gluten- and dairy-free Aloo Tikki are handmade made from freshly boiled and fluffy potatoes, coriander leaves and plenty of warming masala spices. With a perfectly crispy crunchy and golden outer, the perfect Aloo Tikki inside is a soft billowy mouthful of fragrant mash potato.

This spicy, flavourful and healthy condiment can be paired with a number of snacks such as samosas and rolls, or used as a spread in wraps and sandwiches.

Cooking Instruction:

Vegetable Cutlet - Pack of 4 pcs Ready to cook, simply pan fry or deep fry as you prefer, in hot oil till golden brown. Allow to cool before serving. Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Tikka - Pack of 3 skewers Tawa / Pan: Empty the Paneer Tikka and remaining marinade onto a plate. Heat some vegetable oil in a non-stick pan, and slide the Paneer into the hot oil. Cook both sides evenly on moderate heat until cooked. In an oven: Preheat the oven to 180C degrees. Empty the Paneer Tikka and remaining marinade onto a greased, ovenproof dish. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, turning midway through. On a charcoal grill: Heat the grill and lightly oil to prevent sticking. Place the marinated Paneer Tikka on the grill and cook both sides evenly on moderate heat until cooked.
Aloo Tikki (Potato Patty) - Pack of 250gm Defrost the Aloo Tikki and reshape if needed. Deep-Fry: Heat up some oil in a deep pan. Once hot, using a spoon, slide the Aloo Tikki into the hot oil. Fry till golden, turning over once. Drain and serve immediately. Pan-Fry: You can also shallow in a nonstick fry pan. Heat up a pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Place the Aloo Tikki in the hot oil and shallow fry until golden, turning once to brown all over.
