Cooking Instruction:
Peri Peri Chicken Wings (350g Pack)
Unpack the chicken wings to a bowl and scrape the remaining marinade into it. Mix well.
On a pan: Heat up a non-stick fry pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and swirl around to spread it. When the pan is hot, drop the chicken wings to the pan and cook on a slow flame. Flip the wings regularly so that it doesn’t burn. When the wings are cooked with an even golden color on all sides remove from the pan and serve hot.
In an oven: Heat up an oven and apply some oil on the oven-proof tray. Arrange the wings on the tray and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
Aloo Tikki (Potato Patty)
In a heavy pan, over medium heat, heat the pan and add a little ghee or oil. Place the Patty in the pan and cook until golden brown. Turn and cook the other side. Drain any excess oil on a paper towel and then serve whilst hot.

Ready to cook, simply cook in small batches in hot oil until crisp and golden.
