The humble Chapati goes by many names, the roti, safati, shabaati, phulka and roshi. And nothing beats a warm chapati with a delicious curry to dip it into. And whilst chapati's are simple and easy to make, these quick heat & eat ones taste as delicious as home-made.

Cooking Instructions:

Heat on both sides for 30-40 seconds in a dry flat pan or until the chapati puffs up.

Alternatively, heat on both sides for 5-10 seconds on a lightly oiled griddle in warm oven (100ºC) or until the chapati puffs up.

Store at 0-5ºC. Do not refreeze.
