Ingredients: Chicken, Onion, Green Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Garam Masala, Gram (chickpea) Flour, Salt, Chilli Powder, Cardamom Powder, Cheese, Lemon Juice, Egg
Allergens: Gluten, Dairy and Egg.

Cooking Instructions: Pan-Fry: Thaw the Kebab completely. Heat a little ghee in a frying pan on moderate heat and place the kebab in it. Slowly turn the kebab ¼ turn to brown and allow the chicken to cook through completely. Serve with green chutney, or add some Saj bread to wrap your kebab in.
Grill or BBQ: Thaw the Kebab completely. Ensure the grill or coals are hot. Oil the grill to prevent the kebab from sticking. Place the marinated kebab on the grill and cook both sides evenly on a slow flame. Ensure the chicken is cooked through completely. Serve with green chutney, or add some Saj bread to wrap your kebab in.
